Okie that’s depressingly accurate. Long post but...

The 12th House isn’t called the “house of isolation” for nothing. But, as I’ve said a few times before, let’s not limit it to prisons, asylums, hospitals, and monasteries. That’s how they classified the 12th House in the olden days, when it got labeled by traditional astrologers as the gloomiest, scariest house. Keep in mind, though, even though I’m not a fatalistic astrologer, I do think that the 12th House is quite possibly the scariest house in the birth chart, alongside the 8th House. It’s not because it’s a “bad” house but because it represents the thing human beings are taught to fear: aloneness. So, having Saturn in your 12th House can feel like a burden, if you let it feel that way.

A lot of times the types of men you are attracted to are related to your mars sign while the types of women you are attracted to is related to where your venus is at. With men it would seem like you like scorpio types (Deep, sensitive, sexual, assertive in a tactical/strategic way) with self-confidence and developed bodies (first house characteristics). With women it is Aris in the 5th. Which is a very fiery and romantic combination. Also these women would be very lively and strong.

Having Uranus in the first house, especially on the ascendant is associated with being trans -- its amazing how often I see that in trans.

All your heavy challenging planets are stacked in 7th. The relationship house. You have pluto saturn there. I would predict losing people to death TBH.

The good news is jupiter in the 2nd indicates fortune and material abundance. It goes well with mars being on your ascendant which gives a driven and ambitions disposition. Although it probably also indicates a combative personality.

That with the 7th house stuff probably indicates a lot of turmoil in relationships. Especially since capricorn moon can be associated with cutting off emotions and turning cold. Its not just hitler that had capricorn moon keep in mind. It was like Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson. In general its a kind of careerist/statsmen like moon that is prone to feeling secure when their career is doing well.

Mercury (communication/connections) in the 6th isn't bad for the health field I might add. Your northnode (destiny) is in gemini which is actually a more technical/intellectual style however.
