I say Yeek-sha but Eek-sha is probably the correct way.

Actually Ykesha should be said "Ick-sha" or "Ik-esh-a" IMO.
Going by similar Y words like Yvonne or how 'Yk' is pronounced in many of Finnish words (ix-)
Would say "Ick-sha" as it more resembles the proc sound
