There’s a lot of people selling cos and I’ve seen it for 25k last couple weeks. You can bargain one down to 20-22k. Someone will eventually try to give a better price than the others.

Cos will continue to go up in value though.

I'm returning to the game after a couple years away. I have a prenerf im considering selling. Im not set on it yet but if you want to make me an offer I'll consider it. I don't really plan to play my necro anymore.

There are many more CoS on the server than there are necros and SKs combined to put this in perspective for people

99% of players don't need it. there's maybe two dozen good players on this box, they will find it very useful(and already have one).

1. If you play a necro you want one of these. Need? Who cares about need? Demand is willing and able, not need. The percent of new players who play necro is greater than 1%.

2. Even if 99% of players don't need this, that 1% is more than enough to keep the demand up and price high.

In all seriousness, if you don't have one you should buy one. Turn the plat sitting in your bank into an item that will continue to go up in price at a rate that out paces the rate of inflation.

Also, by buying them for investment you will contribute to the demand driving up the price, as I plan to sell one of my 12 pairs later this week. And, yes, I did put one on each character of both my accounts during the 8 million years we were stuck in Kunark...I only managed to get about 7 HEBs (I've sold 5) though, so I lost out on tons of money by slacking there.

Spare me your pity. You might get a few extra elf shekels for it in 3 years!

I have two, but they'll never see the market because I want them for my someday necro and sk alts.
