Update:

Hotbar buttons have quadrupled.. Pesky spell icons still show up tiny, but one should be using a /sit off, /cast X macro anyways.

Its only because someone else is not doing it. I hate not being able to play in windowed mode unless i drop my monitor to 1080p

Is there a way to test the ui without loading EQ fresh again? Or am I able to /loadskin the ui after I have made new updates?

You can dynamically edit the ui without restarting EQ. That should include new folders as well.

I'll need some guinea pigs to invite so I can see the group bars. Unless there is a way to goose that window to show IE a dev mode or something.

Sidwil 2.9 is an XML program viewer made for Everquest. If not we could do some testing when I get home.
