I asked, and Fissts is not suspended and Ghuol isn't either. It looks like Ghuol and Bruize were playing yesterday night to kill some epic stuff for an alt.

The issue is staff and their inconsistent rulings which probably results in most of the dirty play. Hopefully taking them and their egos out of the equation will be a step in the right direction.

I dont think the staff require both guilds to run fraps all the time. Taking them out wont stop players from resorting to new tactics or the nuclear deterrent (fraps) to thin each others ranks. Petitions would still be submitted and drama caused.
