We did not enter the war because the American people opposed entering the war until Pearl Harbor occurred. But there is no doubt that your shit country full of spiders,snakes and wasteland would be speaking German (or Japanese) if it wasn't for America's efforts during the war.

A couple things here - The quote from our President MIGHT be true except that if you look at quotes of what the Germans, Japanese, Austrians thought in the different wars. They referred to American's as:

You might also ask yourself how America can accrue such a debt and why countries would continue to loan money if they are that far in debt and have no assets? American's assets are larger than any other country. We control the oil, we control the military power, we control the money itself.
