This happened to me too Aoloen. I stopped playing for 2-3 years and when I came back the account was suspended, I petitioned and they kindly unlocked it but I found my characters nude in EC tunnel. I'm waiting on a follow up petition. I also didn't share my info.

Did you get it back?... you will if what you say is true, pretty sure it was mentioned in thread that some big ban waves happened and there was a lot of collateral bans iirc. Most people had little issue getting account back back then, will probably require some digging idk though.

Staying out of the way of the workload with proper petition in place and being patient is probably the best way to facilitate an effective recovery...

It took a couple weeks but staff reimbursed me all of my items. The only thing they couldn't reimburse was actual plat.
