PoM had card drop rates boosted, there's a info about that specifically in one of these threads around here.

e: is there a specific 'you have created Funny Money' entry I can look for? Not getting any hits. I do have a screenshot showing a 4 FM turn in (Not 2 FM) for a gift box, which implies the change was made. Would bet a paycheck PoM was not touched code wise past Velious.
