Well, it is of dubious concern for women too, because it is not an actual estrogen. It just binds to estrogen receptor and can effect similar outcomes. However, that means it competes with the real estrogen. Dont mean it don't taste good ^^ I think the beanie flavor goes well with the bean water that coffee is. I developed a minor milk allergy a few years ago (get headaches, bloating, fatigue) and hadn't really explored alternative milks and stuff until then. Almond not bad either ^^

Soy milk is tasty and you can store it at room temp until opened. If u actually bout the survivalist/prepper life and eat packed food for weeks or months at a time you appreciate its value.

If you're worried about xeno hormones regular milk is awful too. In truth it don't matter within reasonable boundaries.
I only rock with almond, no hormones

no really though dude I saw some guys thyroid go south, lost all his hair by age 22, and grow tits and ass as his metabolic rate hit undetectable.

he was drinking a lot of soy milk.

my fingers hurt so im not going to type it.

google history of soy. its a fake American market. Europeans are already woke on it and it was rejected in their economy.

it happened during the 1970's. soy has deep ties to American agricultural interests...guess why soy production was up for grabs in Asia? Because Asia and Europe already passed on it, considering it a toxic weed.

You guys are seriously worried about soy? The effect is minimal on human endocrine systems. You want to know what releases a ton of estrogen? ADIPOSE TISSUE (i.e. fat)

theres more going on with the European rejection of soy than just phytoestrogens.

its literally classified as an unwanted weed that is taking up space from good healthy crops and healthy food choices.

again, the Soy market was created in the 1970's as part of Big Industry. It had no market because it was passed on 200-300 years prior by Europe and thousands of years prior by Asia who already figured out it was shit during the time of ancient civilization. Its a joke being played on Americans.

not woke.

Are you suggesting they have this in sufficient quantities to worry about? That's not a very nice thing to do.

Anything is a weed if you don't want it. Soy was basically promulgated as a nitrogen-fixation plant for cornfields, there's no disputing that it's inferior to a lot of other plants, but it fulfills a different role too.
