i actually used to lease a townhouse down by the beach for a couple years. it was really nice. I really enjoyed the lifestyle, running by the beach. Walking to the bars.

but when i looked at it, i was paying 3600 a month on the beach townhouse with 2 car garage, and i pay 1500 for that in west boca. after a few years of that i moved back that shit is expensive, and its not just the rent. its the food its the lifestyle. everything. When you go down stairs and you walk into mizner park and the nice cars are being parked at the resteraunts.
