I agree but they should be items quested not spawnable. It wouldnt be EQ if you didnt have to run all over the world for a want that only had 5 charges on it to summon boats.

Waiting 45 minutes for OT boat and having some ass train a goon just as it's about to leave.

Trains very often can move you much faster than boats.
