turns out the game is completely different when everyone is an expert ( minus you ofcourse ) we already had item recharge on this server and it was more empty then than it is now. Recharging only worked on live cause people were literally retarded and bad at the game, even the worst player here will use it and it nullifies any skill in pvp to have people clicking instant cast items with recharge.

pvp was never even remotely balanced in eq. This is how it was. If you want fairness there are other games.
