yea sadly everything you just talked about I have tried multiple times.
Try disconnecting one of your monitors and launching EQ. Seems a little extreme, but try it anyway.

Okay, now you have given the computer some strong discipline, try opening the logs subfolder in your p99 install and see what the dbg.txt file tells you

In the logs folder there should be a text only file called 'dbg' (I think it is short for debug).

Open it and copy/paste it's contents here; perhaps someone will be able to work out where the problem lays.

Here is your issue:

2016-07-01 17:54:50 Picking a default resolution, desktop is 1920 x 1080, 32 bits
2016-07-01 17:54:50 Ratio is 1.78
2016-07-01 17:54:50 Resolution was capped at 1280 x 720
2016-07-01 17:54:50 Resolution verified 1280 x 720, 32 bits ... diff was 1000 from 0 modes
2016-07-01 17:54:50 Resolution selected 1280 x 720, 32 bits

Just not sure on how to fix it if you have editted the eqclient file outside of program folders.
