Rotten tomatoes give the weirdest ratings on a lot of things. I never trust them. But i don't see myself going to see the warcrft movie anyway.

I don't let critic's opinions determine what I see. Usually if the critics hate a movie, I think it's worth watching. Conversely, I'm usually uneasy if I find out the critics liked a movie I was wanting to watch. I don't know if it's because they're jaded or getting paid endorsements, but critics are a horrible source. Stop letting people tell you what to think.
