Quad my ass off since there are more than 2 places that I can actually quad for exp unlike in old zones.
Once my ass has been suffieciently quaded off I will hunt a few good drops with my new high level spells. Then I will do some big ole bubbly bong hits like when I first played EQ and start my lizzard Monk with the 3 bags of gear I have waiting for him.

If I do manage to play again, I'll probably just run around pick pocketing. Karnors zone line sounds nice and safe, with exp groups pulling all the time. Not only are they giving a rogue free coin, they also act as guards!
