IDK red was boring and felt like a dying server, unless you were getting PL'd by thunderdrome in one of the afformentioned zones to be fed into the zerg that is empire.

So I rerolled on blue again. Having much more fun competing for decaying skeles in rags in Nektulous.

People who bitch about other players making an online game world richer through emergent gameplay are slightly mentally handicapped.

Making groups = powerleveling, I see.

Nobody makes you join a six man group, try a duo or even solo if you want to "turn it down".

Exactly! I've done plenty of small groups and solo. It all depends on what I feel like I am up for. The other thing to keep in mind is that even though we've an xp bonus, gameplay itself is generally slower because lowbies aren't geared to the teeth and even at higher lvls (pre-raid), pvp means that players prioritize resists over other stats.

As far as time investment on red/blue, given a fixed amount of playtime:

1. If you want to experience a greater variety of content, roll red
2. If you want to experience a greater volume of the same content, roll blue.
