Name is no different than regular ones, a Koalindl.

Resists everything I threw at it, even level 100 spells. Max hit was 366, bites and bashes, summons, likely 32000 HP like most raid named were back in the day.

Everything in Temple of Thunder and Temple of Life cons ally, but the Koalindl cons warmly, so I logged on an alt to squish it.

a Koalindl says, 'Foolish mortal! You have disturbed the Prime Healer as he swims in the guise of his creatures. For this... you shall perish!'

Your faction standing with RodcetNife has been adjusted by -2000.

Didn't drop a Koalindl fish, but did drop Fresh Meat. Alt was indifferent to the fish, so it depends upon which class you are.
