We'll have to take your word for it, but it's not about total numbers. It's the percentage of the player base. When Empire takes 60 people on a raid, that's more than half of the total server pop. And the other half is probably other Empire members dodging the raid by camping Stormfeather, Holgresh Elder Beads, or idling afk in NFP.

Let me know when Rampage, Foresaken, BDA, or Taken start raiding with more than half of the total server pop of blue.

1 - it is about total numbers. 60 is a lot less then Taken raiding Tormax with 120+

On the contrary, those guilds kill vindi, for example with about 4 groups. Empire brings 10+ (80+ in kael last night for vindi on a weekday at midnight)
