If Empire was that bad, it would have long collapsed, I mean its not like there is a ton of fresh (kek) blood to be recruited right?

You either keep the people you can find and make it work, or you fail. Empire seems to please people plenty, why else would they stick around?

I gave Red server a try, I really wanted to make it work. TD helped me a lot and had some fun at lower levels brawling between noobs. But then I met the clan of the overtwinked rogues with SoW pots that PK noobs cuz its fun and easy. Deleted my toon and went back to blue....

I think you underestimate how much this happens.

It only gets harder. At level 30 you can just go level somewhere else and it isn't a problem. Once you are in your 50's they are no longer twinks, they are just players in end game and anyone not in your guild will kos you. Those twinks did you a favor and saved you some time.
