If you're dead set on doing it though go to the Philippines. They are the only ones that have been reported to do it and get rid of the smell.
Smell? ;O

eww. I don't think there is any smell when it's all healed up and functional. I guess I could be wrong.

I won't claim to know from experience but every American/European "encounter" I've read about talks about how no matter how convincing surgery job had been done, there's a disgusting smell and weird discharge that is the big tell.
Then you read about Philippino ladyboys and how people bed them and are none the wiser.

Really not something I want to discuss here at all but: Depends on where they get the donor material from... Shouldn't happen with inversion technique but if the hormones caused alot of atropy it takes more donor material and there's a self lubricating muscosa membrane... called the rectosigmoid colon. It's fucking gross, stinks. Hopefully this technique becomes more available, uses bucal (mouth lining) cells instead. Don't go to the Philippines just because. Educate yourself on your options and research doctors and what techniques they use. Read testimonials.

So im temp banned over using the word ****** in a clear, unmistakeable sarcastic way, but this thread gets let alone unmolested for what, a week now. (Actually its 2 days, still)

Another ironic ban incoming

I think using the n word and having a 'somewhat' friendly debate is a little different.

What exactly are you talking about? Cause I don't think the two trans people in this thread are offended, and kinda even agree with OP.
Have you considered not using certain words you know will result in a forum ban regardless of context?

If you opt for that particular procedure... haha yep. That's one of those things you could have gone through life happily ignorant of, but you're welcome.
