Nirgon is Sirken's game account. Nirgon is caught by Rogean trading his PP for uppers. Rogean knows that his RMT operation (p99 as a whole) is busto if the server is affiliated with drug trade. Therefore he entices Sirken to do a public resignation (as Nirgon) to deflect any possible finger pointing at Sirken, and the sham continues uninterrupted and the people only see a longtime player gone.
