If this happened since the last patch, it's very likely that you are both correct. Jboots and everything to do with movespeed has been acting up -- One of my characters doesn't run any faster with or without them, and on the other they behave normally -- tested this by strafe kiting the same mob back to back.

Not saying you're wrong about him exploiting, just giving an explanation if this happened in the past few days.

So you have openly admitted that you had Jboots run speed? Ok fraps will be submitted in petition forum when I get home referencing this post.

The bug thats out at the moment occurs when you click Jboots with Selos run speed, the clients run speed does not adjust accordingly when Selos fades. Stasis did not have Selos.

Run speed returns to normal after zoning. Stasis had zone hopped several times in the fraps.
