Nizzar ran TMO on blue for a certain time period if I'm not mistaken, meaning the TMO guys from blue now could have experience like Nizzar also.
Saying Nizzar learned to lock down mobs by some fuck I've never heard sounds like you're trying to name drop to sound knowledgeable or something but his biggest asset was experience with all the raid mechanics/strats from years on blue99 and the fact that he just played red99 24/7 for years, like a fucking sicko.
