According to the written rules, regardless if you call LNS or not, "Excessive" bind camping is illegal. But then what is excessive? I watched someone get killed 20 times at bind and GM was like " should of called LNS "(it wasn't me, was someone else). Unfortunately it doesn't matter what is written as rules as much as what will get you suspended/banned, which sometimes are completely different things.

If we have rules they should be consistently and fairly enforced. That obviously does not happen here. Judges around the world have thrown out laws simply because they were not consistently and fairly enforced. They also throw out laws that are to broad or vague (excessive is too vague). There are no separate entities to create rules, police them and then prosecute. More like a judge dread atmosphere here, with understaffed resources. If it's true that a gm says bind point killing is ok because he did not call LNS then rewrite the rules. Maybe excessive means to kill someone before they get a chance to type LNS and press enter, then write the rule that way.

If there was a vote, I would vote to remove PnP altogether. If you would like to keep your items on your body then don't go into contested zones especially if you are a tracker and a boss mob is nearly due. Or else try to log back in later, maybe at 5:30am est to get your corpse.

Personally I have been killed by empire in seb and was able to
A med up away from the orb
B zone in, loot and gate within 15 seconds
Never have had to call LNS yet, maybe will one day...

So maybe some people exaggerate or leave out small details that make all the difference.
