In their defense, my understanding is that the problems at launch stemmed from adding instancing for newbie zones that they couldn't really test in beta because they didn't have the loads for them.

So instead of getting people to actually test their new code, they decided to give everyone /betabuffs, skip all the noob zones, and said go have fun!

That said, the real fun is to come. They've taken KSing out of the rules of conduct and have even been quoted saying that this is a "DPS War" server or something like that. Training isn't in there either, but they conspicuously haven't commented on that.

People have a right to be pissed. I would never play that server if they allowed those people that cheated to keep their progress.
