Alliances work like shit because you have people drunk on power like Lite holding the reins and its so hard to get an alternative started cuz of the low pop. Doesnt help that then alot of people from your ex-guild whose life revolve around elf sim will treat you like an heretic to be burned at the cross if you try to go out on your own and/or try some other guild.

Alliances work in an environement that isnt run by power tripping man childs, like in eve online, although its got a fair amount of that as well.

I tried for a while to get Founding fathers to ally with holo to nip the emerging zerg guild Nihilum in the bud but both sides held grudges from stuff that happened 4 years prior on VZTZ, so nothing ever came out of that. Talk about taking stuff seriously that doesnt need to be taken that seriously.

Thats the story of this server.
