There were plenty of good expansions past velious. Some if not all had great and crappy pieces. Nilbog has stated though he is not going to do a server past velious which is kind of a shame because I would like to see content go further and have neither the time nor talent to make my own server.

In the bottom of Kedge Keep, in Phinigel's lair, there is a portal to Plane of Tranquility.

It copies your character to a PoP server with only PoP content enabled, level 65, AAs, and all of PoP in its ridiculously awesome glory.

I like this idea ^^) we could have a Mummy style dungeon of undead in sarcophagi with scarabs, asps and booby traps!

Oh yeah sorry that was one I missed.

Also there are places in Velious. I thought for the longest time that there would be some place in ToFS that lead to a plane or something. Oh or a city in the bottom of CC or a dollhouse in ToV that lead to another plane..Wait scratch those last 2 they already exist.
