IMO a mob with an 8 hour spawn time cannot be camped. Lets remember the GM who allowed for tranix to be a camp was Derubael who is a known RMT kingpin.

King Tranix is in Tier 3 - you have to be able to solo Gorenaire on Christmas at 3 AM to get access to the mob.
