2 hours sitting at the entrance of Seb chatting over vent about what's on TV and shit is obviously equatable with the week-long poopsocks that **most of the server, not just BDA, with Chest as an unofficial spokesperson** fought to eliminate. BDA confirmed 180 become the monsters we used to slay just like that Nietzsche quote

was it a mutual decision between BDA and Taken to avoid competing against each other? easy to gloat when picking on the little guys...

"The little guys" are raid capable guilds - not a bunch of nobodies. They can down all of this content (in most cases) on their own - but didn't want to band together to cover the always illustrious and consistent 3am Gorenaire (the consistent example). But there's a whole lot of teaming up now.... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

During the rotation people were like "Oh the rotation is stupid, you should have to earn your pixels, my grandpappy didn't fight the nazis in WW2 so you could get free pixels..."
No rotation "BDA is taking advantage of smaller guilds, should re-setup the rotation, pixels for everyone, my grandpappy didn't spread VD through all of Northern France for his grandson to have to track for 2 hours to get pixels..." Can't win either way. BTW, not discussed yesterday Europa went for Trakanon before anyone and wiped on a good attempt, with people being Cothed during the encounter. Easily could have gone their way. Ain't like BDA just walked up and steamrolled Trak while everyone else was still prepping. We could have run in before them but gave Europa their shot.

Could have run by Europa and got FTE...whatever.
Currently BDA is on lockout and Taken is on lockout for alternate mobs. Ergo, the only mobs we are not locked out from are the ones Taken is locked out from. Think they went head-to-head over Fay and Draco, with each getting one a piece.

I did all the tracking yesterday, took smoke breaks, left for an hour to get lunch...didn't prevent me from working and at most was a minor inconvenience.

Naturally, when the Rotation fell, we only had a few mobs that we had overlapping availability for both guilds. We did both compete on CT (the first non-rotated mob) and Sev (who waited until through the entire night, and we abandoned it overnight), though (and potentially more than that, those are just fresh in my memory). The lockouts will make it so we can only compete with Taken directly 1/3 of the time, if you throw all other guilds out of the mix. It's not avoidance or collaborative efforts, it's the way Class R was designed, to ensure no one guild could monopolize content in that Class.
