Leveled all my chars through cb and even with the twinks its great, often i escape without a single death because I get the twinks are only there for like 20-30min at a time, and then go for hours without seeing any.

Samhain has it right, its a test of your character. If you can make it through the zones without quiting like a little girl (they really are not that bad) then your able to cope healthily enough to game, if not your saving time then because at 60 spending time unable to play your character because of a lost pvp battle or a wipe involving pvp is not unheard of.

When we dropped Iool for his first death it was like 98% due to rogue snare poison.

like Agatha once said with as fast as the xp is now compared to the older days when hybrids would barely make it past 55. If you don't have multiple 60's by now and you have been here for more than 6 months. You are probably doing it wrong.

The problem isn't the fungi Twinks the problem is blues rolling on a pvp server and thinking they can play here like they did on blue. You go to a zone with tunnel vision of exp modifiers wanting to group up and make friends and then are all surprised and wounded when a guy with a ragebringer runs up and two shots ya.

Same thing as lvl 50's who only wanna lvl in KC and take 4-5 deaths a day doing it. Don't matter if your lvl 10 or lvl 50 with that attitude you are still racking up deaths at some point on this server.

If you don't care about pvp, you are gonna get shit on. That means hiding in spots when your vulnerable and have mobs on you. That means checking the who every 20 seconds and taking note of people who come into the zone. You see a guy like this

http://r99pvp.com/showplayer.php?p=Iool

come into your zone and you keep pulling like he aint there and you deserve to die.

No, the problem is definitely the twinks. The twinking isn't 100% of the problem though, they also box their 50+ alts and come in with buffs making them almost invincibleble. And, if you manage to win in the battle they run off with their jboots, levi cloak, incarndine bp or cos and hide behind mobs while their fungi and chloro buff heals them back up or just straight up plug.
And everyone's excuse is "it's pvp." It's definitely nothing like the pvp I remember on classic, and it's just boring.
I'm all for another group coming in and kicking my groups ass and taking our spot, but having some guy run around with god mode and play whack a mole is less than fun and isn't good for server health. When one person mildly entertains themselves by ruining the fun of dozens of others just remove the cancer imo.
