You can't realistically ban an IP address to block a particular user. Most residential Internet service uses DHCP to assign the customer an IP address. Each time you reset your modem and reconnect to the ISP's network you are assigned a new IP address within their block.

There is a prime example of someone who changed! All of my online alias were on that account and as far as anyone knew I had a solid reputation. Its fine if they keep the enchanter banned but I just want the rest of the names on the account. I dont think thats too much to ask for.

Don't sell in game items for real life money. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

I think a re-roll is too generous. Nobody misses RMT'ers. I think you give yourself too much credit to think someone, other than your customers, gives two fucks if you return.

I dont really want to join <IB>. What I want to do is join a new guild and start fresh with those guys. The reason why I want to have my accounts unbanned is because I have a level 30 ogre warrior on the account which I want to level and become the main tank for some guild.

I am looking forward to killing monsters in velious and hopefully getting a scepter of destruction or two. I remember those things were amazing and extremely expensive for someone to buy.

If anyone knows of a guild please let me know.
