Will level up my ranger once Exp penalty is removed come Velious. Why? Cuz screw it

How many patches in is it before they take the penalty away? It wasn't on launch night on live was it?

Having a pet doesn't make them a pet class. Ranger's weren't meant to be anything, they were an afterthought added to the game in the last minute.
