not sure if P99 implements the AC in SRo the same way it was on live, but if you're the one doin work you should have claim to the spawn imo

unless some lowbies are hunting for exp and happen to down the PH, AC isn't spawning without someone putting in effort

That's exactly how it works in SRO and yeah I was killing pH's at the right time so they would pop during night giving me a shot at the AC
