I don't think they understand that a large bulk of our guild is fresh from blue. Most of them hideously undergeared and low level. They act like we are Nihilum with 30 BIS guys, but each fight, each victory, or loss our guys learn a little more.

I have not personally witnessed any EL members joining azrael. Seen multiple EL members go to holo.

Honestly Lite's only fucking himself because the net result will be guilds realizing the only way to compete is to just out zerg recruit at which point AZ will be on the outside looking in again and server will still be the same.

Azrael let 6 members in after Jibekn disbanded his guild. They renamed their guild Eternal Light and I don't think Azrael has let any EL guys join, they all goto Holocaust. Everyone feeds the Holocaust machine.
