You kind of likened our members to clowns implied that our guild leadership was flimsy because we don't run as a strong arm dictatorship and more of council. Said our members would just cry to another officer if we didn't get what we wanted.

And the only thing that bothers me is that it's a completely false statement. Gongshow is the leader of Holocaust and he does a great job. We don't have drama no one is fighting over loots, officers handle allot of daily operations and do a great job. No one could post any TS fights or drama, because there honestly is none. I just think Kergan should spend some actual time in Holocaust see how well it runs before he needs to compare it to Nihilum and say where we are weak and they were stronger.

We are barely a month old as a guild and have done more in that time than any 1 month guild has every done on the server. I don't see the need to compare us to anyone or state we are the same as Nihilum.

As for calling me Syft go right ahead it will have zero impact on loot rights, guild participation decides loot rights, your the one who tries to get personal. I could care less.

And in another post in this thread (or another maybe) I posted that elitism was one of the biggest differences I've seen between Holo and Nihilum. That starts from the top, and without a single dictator in charge and a bunch of clowns trying to suck up to him, you can feel like if some officer is being a dick you can talk to another officer and get it straightened out. With Niz, it was the beginning and end. Not to say he didn't take peoples opinions into account, he did, but just to aid him in his decision. In the end, it was 100% his.

Biggest difference between Holo and Nihilum (and it is quite significant) is that it isn't a dictatorship and there are more people in leadership positions to share the load. Less snobby from the top, lack of an elitist attitude.

tbo though some of those things are what kept Nihilum on top so long, to the point I think the server became too dependent (see Derubael's post about not disbanding Nihilum after the initial RMT allegations due to fear of killing off the server).

I dunno dude, I dumped like 8k into hate sky stones out of my own bank to help out before you even joined. Helped kill like 5 or the first 6 dragons Holo killed.

Took a break when things began taking off, felt like I helped get it off the ground. My wife broke her foot real bad so I was on kid transportation/doctor appointment duty for pretty much the entire last month so I didn't have time to play much.
