![]() fry bacon in pan. remove bacon when slightly crisp. add flour to grease until you get a loose paste, stirring constantly. cook paste about 2-3 minutes to get rid of raw flour taste. salt/pepper/hotsauce it. add 1 cup whole milk or even better heavy cream. crumble bacon and add to gravy. TRICK QUESTION IF ITS CRUMBLY YOU RENDERED OFF TOO MUCH FAT. Cut it with scissors.
bake off some biscuits. combine these things. each bite should contain a day's worth of calories.
