Is this really a golden era on R99? Never been into this server except pvping with Salem and friends in guk from lvl 20-40

Hell no in terms of mid level pvp. There's literally none happening, outside of a few twinks keeping the dream alive in Unrest/MM.


Group exp thing is double-edged because nobody wants to burn bridges and solo grind 5x slower. Plus it was already sparse with +/- 4 level range.

I'm hoping it heats up at 55+ where it's more guild-based and leveling is no longer important.

Does <Triumph> ring a bell to anyone. Zerg force favoring PvE over PVP etc. Still, arguably the funnest period to play on any eq pvp server.

Not sure if you can place blame on them or that kind of mentality, per se.

And there's nothing too wrong with being a healthy pve zerg. No comparison between Triumph and corrupt, soulless Nihilum fueled by RMT.
