Petition to have the constant rule-breakers banned forever.

People quit sub 50 cause they get burnt out. 90%+ of the population is high end, so you don't meet many people leveling up, you get bored and you quit prior to ever reaching high level. That being said the grouping bonus seems to be helping with that. I play alts and leveling and grouping is a lot easier these days.

Also thanks Retti, didn't realize you had a new forum account that wasn't on ignore. My comments came from a place of genuine concern, and I did apologize for them, because it's really none of my business if your children spend all their time crying in the background while you play mmos.

OOC should be limited to 1 msg every 2 minutes. No reason anyone should have to be subjected to that crap by default. Thats more than enough to find groups or sell items. Anything more needs to be taken to tells.

I've had it off for the last year+ and its the best decision I've made here.

Ender is spot on on this one. Also you shouldn't be able to ooc for 5 minutes after you kill someone in pvp, or someone kills you. No one needs the play by play on every pvp thing that happens on the server. No one gives a shit you're a level 10 with epics that killed a guy in full cloth, and you want to link his gear.

Limit ooc to auctions, groups and stuff, and make a p99chat line so people can talk about how big their epenis is, why they are the best at pvp, who rmt'd whose mom, and all the bullshit people don't need to see.
