Tbh: Velious will help. Raid targets die in approx 1 min on classic/kunark.

Velious not so much. In addition the number of targets increases 2 fold with velious, so yah - more raid targets = healthy.

As it stands any guild that can field 24-30 people are gunna rape targets and nilly is just better at doing this so other guilds/people are bitter.

Sounds like deflection... I dont think anyone is saying Nilly still wont get MOST of the mobs.. Simulated repops are MUCH different than variance.. don't compare

What is it you want clarified? A tracker only needs to log on for moments, and there are plenty of places to camp said trackers. What's the worst case scenario? I log on my VP tracker, hit track, get killed, then instantly call LNS and camp right back out? Awesome pvp there vs my level 39 ranger seems real thrilling. That's worst case scenario. Killing a tracker accomplishes literally nothing because of LNS.
