• He makes TMO forfeit a Dracolich, a mob so insignificant to them they will not be upset and push the matter.
• He punishes TMO, While not giving more welfare to BDA so do not grow complacent on free loot by tying up GM time and now cannot claim GM favoritism
• He makes sure the Dracolich in question can only be slain by IB so the struggling guild can get some content and hopefully not disband again.
