yes there is a bonus. i guess you just dont notice it past 30 because its scaling. I think at 30 its something like 150% so 3 kills of the same mobs would equate to 2 on blue.

While we are at it lets reset every one level 58 - 60 back to level 1 so they can redo the grind to make the server thrive again

I personally think it would be fun to regrind 1-60 but wearing full VP/Sky/Planar gear. Only as a melee though.

I agree. Gear easier to come by, buffs from friendly high-level characters (not even PL, just friendly drive-by buffs and shit) more common, ports easier to find, rezzes easier to find, group MUCH easier to find, no XP time ever "lost" because of "PVP", etc.

Tecmos on blue was level 50 in the same /played it took Tecmos on red to reach 44. Both had some PL pre-20, both had similar twinking from low levels... but presumably I am better at playing an enchanter on p99 18 months later + red has some kind of scaling bonus. But I'm still way slower on red.

Didn't you read the reasoning of the xp cut though? It's about 'the journey'.
