Red Dawn ended because they tried to take short cuts. There is nothing wrong with not contesting, 95% of what builds a guild and prepares it for the future is the challenges that you have to overcome in order to be able to contest. The route taken led to no sense of unity, and very little opportunity for the guild to feel a sense of achievement. For fucks sake members were messaging me actively trying to sabotage their guild all day. Multiple messages about their raids .... Whenever u guys would try and finish Vanco's epic in Chardok, people would let me know so i'd come crash it.

Exp nerf hurt for sure, but that's nothing you can't overcome when you have comradeship.

What next?

Checkraise gets back into nilly, they take anyone back. Noah and max will kick and scream, but will stay.

Nilly starts mass recruiting

Azrael continues to grow and prep for velious

tons of PVP to come. Only the commited will remain on red, if you quit over an exp bonus you weren't gonna make it here.

Question to the players of red99: Is the above example PvP or griefing?

I mean, an argument could be made that Nilly is so strong, that the only way to compete with them is to resort to unorthodox, yet allowed, PvP strats (e.g., training in VP). But repeatedly "crash'n" RD's chardok royals raids doesn't seem like a David and Goliath situation where such tactics are required...

Prophetic words from Lite. None of us liked each other in Red Dawn. No camaraderie. We wouldn't even suck each other's dicks on a regular basis.

I think becoming a pixel/stat enraged moron really did him in as a good player.
Thresh received guise for winning PVP event. I guess p-bad people do that often. Thresh never even played a char on live. First eq experience on vztz box.

in other news, troll fails at trolling.
