Pretty much this. If BDA can down the mob, than it is not free loot. If they were unable to down it because a bunch of no life poop sockers had it on lock down, then it is not BDA's fault in any way that they weren't able to get any loot.

I don't know honestly

But zagum was once for like an hour and eccezan got banned for MQ once for a character he bought.

I kinda felt that the picture of the ladie's pubic hair was more tasteful than using a picture of a child with down's syndrome in that pictogram.
