Typically nihilum members get banned for knowingly doing worse actions from what I've seen. RMT, training, hacking, exploring, excessively griefing new players.

What jibeknn was doing was not cool, sure. Maybe he deserves a one week ban for it but a perma ban is a little much in my opinion.

I had tune and nizzar drop a goblin train on me and a new player in solb and nothing happened to them. They do that shit on the reg I'm sure and it's worse to the server because they do it to new players.

Jibeknn fearing and dispelling mobs against a group of between players isn't really hurting the server.

Bottom line, perma ban is excessive and hope he doesn't quit and add -1 to sever pop. Jibeknn is a cool guy and I enjoyed playing with him a lot.

Tunak deleted and stripped my char. Jibeknn pulled an arguably questionable move, that had been given the green light by staff prior. Personally, I'd think a nice tell saying "hey man please stop that or I'll have to intervene," would have been sufficient but free server yada yada. I hope you just ultimately sit a week out on the bench and come back stronger bro.

Come on man, a questionable move? It was very obviously against the PNP. When PVP is not an option we default to the blue PNP shit anyways, and I'm pretty damn sure you can't dispell/fear mobs and grief a group there.

Like I said in my previous post, it isn't like he is coming here saying he realized what he did was dumb and he got caught up in the heat of the moment. Why waste your guild effort on someone that is obviously going to get re-banned due to complete lack of understanding of the server rules.
