We did not train you. The whole time we were sitting at the fountain rezzing/medding and your monks flopped multiple trains on us. Then you started clearing and you were aggroing the 2nd floor and that hit us a few times too.

You don't understand how FTE messages work obviously. This WOULD have been true (Clang didn't quite understand what I wanted him to do) but Jetli tried to take the pull while I had it aggroed. It was a straight up FTE snipe by you guys.
Rezzing/medding at the fountain is asking for trains, bro.

So at worst, if everything went as you say, it was:

- a close race
- a messy situation with some confusion over the agro list

Certainly no malice, no underhanded tactics, no intentional trains.
1. You trained us, meanwhile we did not train you (because we were too busy CRing); we were basically just sitting there.

2. We had a clean pull of Maestro and your monk tried to FTE snipe, a clear and intentional rules violation.

LOL, you guys leapfrogged past us and trained everything from ent to fountain over top of us while we were rezzing. We were asking for it?

If everything went as described there was intentional training and kill stealing. You're a shitty lawyer.
Except the part where you unfairly inject the word "intentional".

lol the fountain is just about the safest place in a fully popped hate, unless people are running merbs over you (as well as naked toons running merbs over you), much safer than the ent, which will aggro the second floor as soon as you go left out the door.

Ya, generally when you run 20 mobs over top of people, there are good things that come of it.... Also, when you read yellow text on your screen that says another guild FTE on a mob, then you agro it while said guild has it inc. is also, no doubt, "unintentional".

Pro-tip - if you have FTE and another guild tries to kill it, let them. The FTE will count as your kill thus, your loot.

Trust me on this one...
