Any time the server full repops RD has a chance for an uncontested dragon since Nihilum can't always kill/guard all mobs simultaneously. Once we all know the timer and can contest in sequence (like at the last Faydedar) the people who usually criticize Nihilum for being too blue instead criticize Nihilum for PvPing over a dragon.

Knowing the timer for each dragon guarantees direct competition if people really wanted it.

There will be a server wide message a couple minutes before a repop takes place. This could happen at any time of day, any day of the week.
