Talisman is now done by Fantasy Flight Games, but yeah...never doubt GW's ability to wiggle their creepy little price bloating fingers into everything they've ever touched before.

Betrayal at House on the Hill is SUPER fun. Hint hint, one of your group goes crazy (at random) and starts trying to kill everyone else =). Its great fun.

I have a weekly game night with friends. We usually play one of the following.. some are board games, others are card games, or pen and paper.

last night on earth
zombies!!!
king of tokyo
munchkin (1..5,8)
red dragon inn
ad&d 2e

I want to try out.. a Touch of Evil, Arkham Horror, or Fortune and Glory.

King of Tokyo is awful, we played smash up which was kind of fun but some of the factions seemed OP. I really enjoyed the penny arcade board game. Makes me want to get some of the expansions.

Damn Talisman is in early access on steam, and is selling an expansion. Cant say ive ever seen this before.
GW released a new codex (army rules) for the bug faction and released an expansion for the army at basically the same time. Gotta love G dub!

Im really tempted to buy it, looks fun but the 75$ price tag is really making it hard for me to support that. Yeah i can buy only the vanilla for 15$ but ive been spoiled by 10$ game of the years on steam with a fuckload of content.

Bought starbound for 15$ and gonna get free updates and content for a long time

This. It starts out as a co-op game (up to 6 players), then one of 50 different scenarios (literally) begins through the game mechanics and one (or more) people become a traitor.

Talisman is always good, but the shortest game of Talisman I've ever played was 4 hours. Average games are more around 6-8 hours, or longer.

I'm looking to get 'Fortune and Glory' next after seeing it on TableTop, which I find to be a decent guide for finding games.
