This post was interesting enough for me to make a forum account over!

Discovered Project1999 recently and was pretty excited, haven't played EQ until quitting the game about a week after the expansion following Velious (don't fix what's not broken!).

I have been soloing in my return since I only play after my 11 month old twin's bedtime; as I'm reluctant to group due to their tendency to require attention at a moment's notice. If memory serves, random AFK's or even sudden need to logout was considered bad grouping form back in the day.

I'll definitely check your site out.

I can totally understand the need to log right out or just walk (or run) away from the comp at a moment's notice, my son has trouble sleeping and the only time I can really play is when he sleeps as well. You win in terms of playtime difficulty though because you have twins...
