Just found this server a few weeks ago and I thought hey im game lets give it a shot. I played old eq and its always been my fav mmo and theres no other mmorpgs out worth playing. Since starting ive kept hearing about this play nice policy and all the drama its caused. Every day people threatening bans on each other. Finally after hearing this shit for long enough I wasted 2 hours today reading about it here and I have to say, I no longer even want to play on this server. I played eq pvp for years and these rules have changed the game into something else entirely.

I'd say give it a little time, the GMs are usually pretty responsive and they are most certainly aware of this debacle. I look for some changes to the PnP pretty soon, hopefully bringing some of the PvP back.

Yeah Joevz best thing to do is play the game and never look at the forum. I check forums to make sure to put in a good word for item loot all the time, but other than that I don't even play anymore. Forumquest is a whole different game. Pretend forums don't exist...use the wiki...and have a good time.

The devs arent PVPers, at least the ones calling the shots, so they try to implement all sorts of stuff that will make a pvper wonder
