I think it bullshit to be honest, with the limited info I have. There was a deal made and regardless of the pussy ass excuses and whining he failed to uphold his end of the bargain. I can think of a dozen ways to get someone paid from pretty much anywhere and anytime, none of which take 3 weeks.

If I owe someone something, that is my only priority. It shouldn't take three weeks to get 5K to someone. Use "/AFK" if you're AFK, and if you're not, then reply to the tells people send you.

Also, given the guild I'm in (see below), I am an authority on what is obviously the most salient issue in this thread: the two pictures whose homoerotic value is in dispute are, indeed, quite gay.

I do indeed owe this man 5k pp, and it is long overdue. This is because my play time IS earlier than his, and because I have been on hiatus for a couple weeks due to work

Bravo, but maybe you should be more careful whom you allow to use your account and server as your proxy. He's REALLY been slinging your name through the mud, 500x worse than the OP.

Sharing account information with ANYONE is really stupid. You never know who you can trust. If someone else screws with your account or gets you banned, they don't take the blame for it, you do.
